The Meander residential building, designed by architect Steven Holl, combines sculptural design and practicality with Newil&Bau's resident-focused execution, taking resident services to a new level.

In 2019 the old tennis hall near Tähtitorninmäki was transformed into a high-quality, unique residential building, respecting its historical significance. The protected exterior architecture of the building was also restored to its original splendor in close collaboration with the Helsinki City Museum.

The culturally, historically, and architecturally valuable former office building experienced a renaissance when its renovation for modern residential use was completed in 2019. The building underwent a high-quality restoration, resulting in modern apartment complex that was complemented by an addition of a visually matching row of Town Houses.

Töölön Pasuuna apartments on Mechelininkatu form a splendid residential complex as part of the renewed Taivallahden kasarmialue. In the building known as the Kaartin soittokunnan sali, 23 unique loft-style apartments were constructed in 2017 with respect for the building's history.

Unioninkatu 8 was given a new life when the office property, from 1962, was renovated into high-quality apartments. The 39-unit property was completed in 2015. At the same time, the basement pool area was transformed into a cozy gym and spa for residents to enjoy.

The Taivallahti barracks area, built between 1935 and 1939, represents the pure, functionalist Bauhaus style. We renovated the entire former barracks area that was transformed into service apartments and open services for all city residents, such as a large grocery store, a restaurant, and a cafe. The construction was completed in 2016.

In 2015 we constructed 58 cozy apartments in an old factory property in Lauttasaari. The individual loft-style apartments attracted both families and single residents, thanks to the area's excellent services, outstanding transportation connections, the nearby sea side, and the unique homes.
