76&Piha
76&Piha is a joint masterpiece by award-winning architect Mika Penttinen and Newil&Bau, housing 32 industrial-inspired design homes. Formerly known as the “Entrepreneurs’ House,” this office building was fully renovated and completed in summer 2024 as an RS new development that meets Newil&Bau’s quality standards. It now forms a shared housing company with the pre-existing building on the same plot.
At 76&Piha, your home extends beyond your own square meters to a private balcony and a wide range of shared spaces: a co-working area, fitness room, workshop, and a lounge designed for leisure. An elevator takes you directly to the company-owned underground garage with 73 parking spaces, generating significant rental income for the housing company. In the design of 76&Piha, innovative housing solutions are combined with the preservation of the original building's clear-lined, industrial-style structure. Balconies opening to the green inner courtyard complete the living experience.
The building hides beautiful details in apartments, entrance hall, and other common areas. Stylish door handles, lights, mailboxes, artworks, and clear signs create a cohesive and refined design throughout 76&Piha. You can sense the unity and sophistication as soon as you enter the building.
The large windows in the apartments make them spacious, and the balconies opening to the green courtyard bring a private outdoor space amid Töölö's traditional buildings.
