About the role

Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for active housing sales and achieving your personal sales targets. You will be at the core of customer relations, serving as the company’s representative in client interactions—showcasing our organization with professionalism, reliability, and a results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Housing sales and achieving personal sales targets
  • Presenting housing projects, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Customer service
  • Collaboration with the sales leader and the rest of the team
  • Contributing to product development from a customer perspective
  • Sales-related reporting and managing your own work

What We Expect from You

  • At least five years of experience in housing sales and proven results
  • Proactivity, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced organization with high ambitions and a drive for results
  • Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and reliability, even under pressure
  • Team player attitude and willingness to help others
  • Trustworthiness and the ability to handle confidential information
  • Curiosity, a desire to learn continuously, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations

You will be part of the Helsinki region team and report to the regional sales leader. Our team is collaborative, eager to learn, and supportive of each other.
