About the role
Executive Assistant
As an Executive Assistant, you will ensure smooth operations, support management, and manage stakeholder relations. Your role will involve administrative tasks, event planning, HR support, and customer service.
Core Tasks:
- Managing calendars and scheduling
- Handling correspondence and communication
- Organizing meetings and events
- Supporting HR processes
- Providing customer service and acting as a liaison with stakeholders
What We Expect from You
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong communication skills in Finnish and English
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and reliability, even under pressure
- Proactive attitude and willingness to support others
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Curiosity and a desire to continuously learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Comfortable with AI tools

Team
You will report directly to the Finance and Business Development Director and work closely with the management team. Our team is collaborative, eager to learn, and supportive.
