Newil & Bau is a residential development company founded in Helsinki in 2020 with the mission of making the world a more beautiful and sustainable place to live — one building at a time. Together with our financially strong capital partners, we have already delivered more than 1,500 beautiful homes, but we are only getting started: our vision is to create a European residential development company that changes the perception of what new housing can be. We are now looking for an ambitious and systematic digital-native Marketing Manager who is passionate about residential development.
About the role
Digital marketing manager
You will be responsible for the launches and overall marketing of projects from planning to execution, budgeting, and performance tracking. You will lead multi-channel marketing, content creation, brand development, and continuously improve operations through data and analytics.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of project launch and marketing plans as project manager, including project-specific performance and budget tracking
- Be responsible for the planning and procurement of both digital (websites, social media, search engine marketing, paid advertising) and other marketing channels
- Be responsible for marketing content and production across different channels, guide the visual designer (freelancer) and project coordinator, and lead the effectiveness of technical optimization (agency work)
- Manage the annual calendar and execution of N&B’s brand marketing together with the CMO
- Be responsible for marketing systems, analytics/reporting, and continuously develop operations based on data
- Be responsible for the further development of the N&B brand, both in terms of visual identity and tone of voice
What we expect from you
- Proven results in digital marketing execution within the real estate or construction industry, preferably in the marketing and sales of new residential developments
- At least 5 years of experience in multi-channel digital marketing and content production (websites, social media, search engine marketing, search engine optimization, paid advertising)
- “AI nativeness,” meaning understanding and ability to utilize, develop, and enhance marketing operations through AI
- Experience with marketing technologies (HubSpot or similar, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud) and the ability to use them effectively (e.g. analytics, automation, and publishing tools such as different CMS platforms and Google Analytics)
- A personality that combines ambition, inspiring storytelling, strategic thinking, the ability to guide freelancers, analytical skills, and a hands-on attitude that delivers results
