We are looking for a Business Controller to manage our financial operations and develop processes.

About the role

Business Controller

As a Business Controller, you will be responsible for financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and tracking project costs.

Core Tasks

  • Financial reporting and analysis
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Project cost tracking and financial planning
  • Supporting financial decision-making
  • Collaboration with management and stakeholders

What We Expect from You

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial management or a similar role
  • Strong communication skills in Finnish and English
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and reliability, even under pressure
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to support others
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Curiosity and a desire to continuously learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Comfortable with AI tools

Team

You will report directly to the Finance and Business Development Director and work closely with the management team. Our team is collaborative, eager to learn, and supportive.
