The design of our projects always begins with the selection of the architect. We collaborate with some of the best architects in the field, whose designs are aesthetically enduring and respectful of the urban environment. All Gen2 buildings feature large windows and balconies. The top and ground floors are always accentuated, giving the building a distinguished and recognizable identity.

The combination of beauty and functionality also extends to the courtyard design. Courtyard spaces designed by our landscape architects complement the building’s architecture. Comfortable seating areas, beautifully landscaped planting zones, and carefully planned functions transform the courtyard into a shared outdoor living room for the entire building.

N&B homes reflect timeless beauty, calm, and harmony. Nordic aesthetics and architectural heritage bring nature into the interior, while authentic materials such as wood and natural stone create warmth and a sense of home. All Gen2 homes feature functional, spacious layouts and large wooden-framed windows.
N&B Apartment Typologies
The new generation of N&B apartments has been designed to meet the expectations of our quality-conscious customers. Large windows fill the homes with natural light, and underfloor heating frees wall surfaces from radiators. Every Gen2 home also includes a stylish, Finnish-made custom kitchen and a spacious, spa-like bathroom. The features of the N&B apartment types described below can be found in every housing company, although apartment types and layouts vary by project.

1 rm + kt + bath
N&B Studio
- 25–30 m²
- The kitchen has integrated appliances and a modern combination oven-microwave.
- A spacious, spa-inspired bathroom with a rain shower and a glass shower wall. Behind the curtain there is space for laundry appliances.
- A spacious, glazed balcony whose equipment and features can be customized during the personalization stage.
- Underfloor heating and large windows create bright interiors. The radiator-free layout has been designed with furnishing flexibility in mind.

2 rm + kt + bath
N&B Double
- 40–60 m²
- The kitchen features integrated appliances. During personalization, it is possible to select a stylish breakfast cabinet.
- A spacious, spa-inspired bathroom with a rain shower and a glass shower wall. Behind the curtain there is space for laundry appliances.
- A spacious, glazed balcony whose equipment and features can be customized during the personalization stage.
- Underfloor heating and large windows create bright interiors. The radiator-free layout has been designed with furnishing flexibility in mind.
- In some of the apartments, the walk-in closet can be converted into a sauna or a bathtub.

3 rm + kt + bath
N&B Triple
- 60–80 m²
- The kitchen features integrated appliances. During personalization, it is possible to select a stylish breakfast cabinet.
- A spacious, spa-like bathroom with a rain shower and a glass shower wall. Behind the curtain is space for laundry appliances. Some apartments also feature a separate WC.
- Large glazed balcony, whose equipment/features can be further customized during the personalization stage.
- Underfloor heating and large windows create bright interiors. The radiator-free layout has been designed with furnishing flexibility in mind.
- In some of the apartments, the walk-in closet can be converted into a sauna or a bathtub.

N&B Loft
- 50–80 m² (incl. loft)
- Kitchen has integrated home appliances
- A spacious, spa-inspired bathroom with a rain shower and a glass shower wall. Behind the curtain there is space for laundry appliances.
- Floor-to-ceiling windows and a ceiling height of over 4.5 meters create bright, light-filled spaces. Underfloor heating and a radiator-free layout have been designed with furnishing flexibility in mind.
- Fist floor and own fenced yard
- The apartment is equipped with an air-source heat pump that can be controlled via the N&B App.

3–5 rm + kt + bath + wc + wic/sauna + bal
N&B Superior
- 75–150 m²
- Spacious open-plan kitchen with an island and two refrigeration units, which can be complemented with a stylish breakfast cabinet selected during the personalization phase.
- A spacious, spa-like bathroom with a rain shower and a glass shower wall. Behind the curtain is space for laundry appliances. Some apartments also feature a separate WC.
- Large glazed balcony, whose equipment/features can be further customized during the personalization stage.
- Underfloor heating and large windows create bright interiors. The radiator-free layout has been designed with furnishing flexibility in mind.
- Option to choose between a walk-in closet, a sauna, or an expanded bathroom with a bathtub.
- The apartment comes with keyless entry as standard, allowing the door to be opened not only with keys but also through the N&B App.

N&B Penthouse
- 75–200 m²
- Top floor
- Spacious open-plan kitchen with an island and two refrigeration units, which can be complemented with a stylish breakfast cabinet selected during the personalization phase.
- A spacious, spa-like bathroom with the option of either a bathtub or a sauna. The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower and a glass shower wall, and space for laundry appliances is concealed behind a curtain.
- The apartments feature a large glazed balcony with sliding glass doors, and some also include a rooftop terrace.
- Underfloor heating and large windows create bright interiors. The radiator-free layout has been designed with furnishing flexibility in mind.
- A utility room and a separate WC
- 3-meter ceiling height and large windows with stunning views.
- The apartment is equipped with an air-source heat pump that can be controlled via the N&B App.
