A reservation agreement is signed during the property’s pre-marketing phase. The reservation agreement is free of charge and does not obligate the buyer to complete the purchase. The reservation agreement may be cancelled during its validity period by logging into your NB account.
The validity period of the reservation agreement is specified in the signed agreement, and the deed of sale must be signed during the validity period of the reservation agreement.
You may sign a maximum of two reservation agreements, although there may be several queue reservations.
